California Tattoo parlors get more regulatory ink

The San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday will consider an ordinance that would regulate body art facilities, i.e. tattoo parlors, in the county s unincorporated areas. Arizona State high court to hear tattoo-parlor case
